Semi-Private Performance Training

Designed for athletes looking to improve their athletic performance for a specific sport or event. Membership includes individualized sports performance programming, movement correction, assessment from Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist or a Certified Personal Trainer.

General Fitness

Our most popular membership for adults looking to maintain a fitness routine, improve performance, or lose weight. You’ll get an individualized workout that’ll change as needed to fit your individual goals. Nutrition is key, and is offered as an add-on for this membership!

Personal Training

These sessions are designed for athletes looking to take the next step in their performance training. With one-on-one training and supervision from our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, you’ll see the best results, and it will be faster than with a membership alone.
